Perfect False Lashes

I am in LOVE with false lashes!!! Here I demonstrate how to get those buggers to stay on without going all "wonky" on ya. I think watching a lot of tutorials has helped me learn how to perfect the art but PRACTICE is key!!!! Keep on practicing and it will be easier than putting on mascara...unless you have problems putting on mascara. If that's the case, think of something else that's easy for ya =).

Hey Jen,
I am really wanting to buy the lashes but was wondering...ok silly question....first does the adhesive come with the lashes and second what do you do to disinfect the invisible band? Thanks!!

Hey there Brit. That is SO not a silly question. I'm glad you asked. You can buy a starter kit that comes with glue but I recommend getting the demi whispies then getting DUO lash adhesive found at Walgreens. It's the BEST and it doesn't tug at your natural lashes. To clean my lashes, I first pick all of the glue off. Then I take a wet q-tip (wet it first with water so no hairs stick out and attach themselves to the band) then add some eye makeup remover (I love Mary Kay's!!!) and clean the band while the lashes rest on your finger. I have even washes the whole lash with the makeup remover then reshaped them on the carton they came in when I purchased them. This is a lot of info, so if it doesn't make sense, don't worry, I'll make a video for ya =).

I'm new to your blog and to be honest I'm a little bit of a tomboy with a secret love of makeup. I've always wanted to try falsies but I could never figure them out for myself. Thank you so much for this tutorial. You have renewed my faith in falsies... I kind of just thought only pro's could use them lol. I will try again :D

Ok Jen, I have some falsies and I wore them once (stupidly, without watching your tutorial first, I felt like the mom on Mary Poppins). But my eyes were all goopy with glue afterwards. Does your makeup remover take the residue off of your eyes or do you have another trick?

It was weird to blink and have my eyes stay shut/open because of the glue.
