Something New

So, I know that all of you don't buy MAC or have some of the colors. I have been building up my collection for YEARS!!!! I have some literally that date back to 1998, so please don't think that I have all the money in the world to buy them =). Something new that I decided to do for you is that at the start of each post I have put the generic colors that I used i.e pink, deep blue. That way you can pull out any brand color that you have and use it =). Hope this helps ladies!!!

Where do you buy those containers you keep your eyeshadow in?

Yes, that would be really helpful! I know you show pictures of them, but it's okay if it's just similar to the color used, right? It's so hard to try new colors, especially when you're used to doing the same thing all the time!

I like this idea very much! :)

Yes. If it is similar then it will give a similar look. Plus there are fun shapes and techniques done in the tutorials that you can do with any colors.

No, you don't know me, but my sister recommended this site to me. I have dark brown hair and bluish-green eyes, w/very fair skin. What are your reccomendations for an every day look as well as a bolder look? Thanks!

Welcome Amber. Who's sister are you? I will do some tutorials for you on that!!!!! You are very lucky to have dark hair and light eyes....I am officially jealous =).

I get my containers, or pallettes from the MAC store. You can also purchase them online. At the store they are $12.95 and online, about $15. I go my first one on eBay and all the others I have gone to a MAC store. They hold 15 eyeshadows and are great for travel!!!
