I would like a great brown look, maybe with something like rice paper and swiss chocolate from mac, or something similar, i am sure you get the point. Also, do you ever use other shadows besides MAC? What do you think about Cliniqe?

I have used Clinique before and don't have any real reason why I don't use it other than I go straight to the MAC or Dior counters =). I actually use a lot of different brands but MAC is my favorite. If I had more $ to spend I really like Dior. I think that stuff at the drug store is great too. The new Loreal Hip Eyeshadows are great and Nicole Miller is wonderful too. You can only get her stuff if you are a member of Melaleuca though. I cannot say enough good things about Beauty From The Earth pigments. They are 1000x better than MAC's. You REALLY get your moneys worth. What do you like from Clinique so I can go and check it out?

You BET!!!!!! I will get to work on that for ya =). Most of what I will tell you comes straight from Making Faces. It really is a wonderful investment!!!

To curl or not to curl, that is the question. My first one at least. Second is brows, how to best trim them, shape them, etc. And lastly, in your tutorials you tell us to do whatever shape we like for the outer corner with darker color. What different shapes are there and what kind of look does it give the eyes? Does that make sense? Thanks! (By the way, I love the tutorials because they remind me of when you would do my make up in Omsk. Good times.)

I used to curl ALL the time and then did it without and my eyelashes look the same. This isn't true for all people but for me it is. Best way to see, try it out!!! =) Try with then without for like a week and see what happens. As far as shape, I have slightly down turned eyes and the shape I have found for my everyday eye is to look straight in the mirror put the darker color in my crease and at the out corner go higher up than normal and round it a bit. You can do a cat eye by taking that shape to the extreme and pulling it up even more and coming to more of a point at the end. My brows I have always been "tossed" by but now I really like them. I will put it in a tutorial for ya =). It may not be the PC way to do them but like Kevin Aucoin says,"There are NO rules to makeup!!!!!" I miss you too Doney, I miss the mission vobshe. Send me a picture of your face close up so that I can see your eyes and then we'll talk about fun shapes!!!!! I'm still sisternartker@yahoo.com =)

I've been having so much fun watching your tutorials. I know the site is dedicated to make-up (I'm realizing how borning I am!), but I was wondering if you could do a tutorial on hair!? Fun styles, what works best with what face shape, etc. Also, I would love some skin care advice! Thanks!

Oh my gosh. I have been needing something like your blog! I do the same boring thing with the same 2 brushes and the same 2 neutrals every day. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can't wait to start collecting more colors and trying these techniques. I am for sure getting that book next time I'm at B&N!
