I have looked 3 places and can't find the vase filler stuff.. so I used rice. LMAO My poor ghetto brush holder. ;o)

Becky: you can find the filler stuff @ Joanns or any craft store, it's the stuff they use in vases for fake flowers. It's in the floral department, can't wait to show you to see my version..not quite as exciting but it's a nice place to display my brushes!!

I've looked at Michaels and at two walmarts (I know, I know).

Oh, and my 8 year old helped make it look cute and put some smooth stone thingies on top.

My poor ghetto brush holder. LOL

So if you were starting from scratch what brushes would you buy first - can't do without! Need some new brushes!!

I made a brush holder out of a vintage teapot. I love it. But I need to find the little fillers. I m using lentils right now and they're not the best for making the brushes stand up.

And I have a request. I would love to see your take on Rihanna's look that is on this week's People magazine. Your tutorials are always so easy to understand.
