Neutral With a Pop Tutorial



I did it a bit more neutral that the above picture but you can achieve the same look with the same products. Also, when I was speaking about using water for the liner I said you don't want too much color on your brush but I meant to say water....oops =).

    So my first comment was insane and didn't make sense... what I was trying to say was:

    I don't know where I was when you posted this but I wish I would have found it sooner! I love it! I went right out yesterday and bought the eye liner and the lip polish. I found the eye liner at rite aid by the way, they have it in liquid and pencil... Anyway, I have bene searching for a new look and I believe I have found it with this. Thanks Jen!

    YEAH!!!! I am so glad that you like it. It is one of my favs and no one has really said anything about it. You honestly just made my day!!!! =) I am going right out to get that eyeliner!!!!!
